Order Processing & Lead Times

Standard Lead Times – Juggernaut.Case is an Original Equipment Manufacturer, not a distributor. Our eCommerce site is not directly tied to our inventory system. Juggernaut.Case keeps limited quantities in stock, and most times an order will ship within a few days. Some items are built to order, with an average lead time of 2-4 weeks, but we strive to expedite products whenever possible. Standard lead times may be extended for items containing glass, cable connectors, and sewn textiles. 

Order Processing – Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt. If extended lead times are expected, beyond the standard 2-4 weeks, you will be notified by customer service. Please note that all payments processed through the website are charged at the time of order, regardless of backorder status. 

Order Status - Our eCommerce site sends automatic email notifications when the status of your order has changed. This includes tracking information upon shipment. Occasionally these notifications are caught up in spam filters, so you may need to check your junk email folder. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send us a message through our Contact Us form. An order status will remain listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment" until it ships. 

Shipments - Juggernaut.Case uses UPS exclusively, with the exception of USPS to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We can use a customer's FedEx account if an account number is provided to customer service prior to placement of the order. For international shipments using any other 3rd Party Shipper, Juggernaut.Case charges a $150 processing fee. Contact customer service for more information.
